The DFW Train Show brings together thousands of attendees each year, creating a strong opportunity for vendors to showcase products, connect with customers, and grow their presence within the hobby community.

Here’s everything you need to know before registering:

Before you Register

  • Tables are $80 each The rate applies to both the January and Fall shows.

  • Register for one or both events Vendors may participate in either show or both, depending on availability.

  • Vendor spaces fill quickly Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the show reaches capacity, additional registrations will be placed on a waitlist.

  • Railroad-related merchandise only Vendors must display and sell model trains, railroad collectibles, scenery, tools, and other railroad-related items.

How to Register

The Council welcomes both returning and new vendors for the 2026–2027 show season. To reserve your space, download and complete the official Vendor Contract. Registration instructions and submission details are included in the contract.

There is no fixed deadline, but registration typically closes once all vendor spaces are filled. Vendor spots fill up fast so we recommend registering early.
